Admission is a simple three-step process

How soon can my child start?
Children my begin attending as soon as 100% of the enrollment forms have been completed and first months tuition is paid. That can be as quick as 24 hours if you are diligent in completing the enrollment forms, including the one that needs to be signed by your child’s pediatrician.
When is tuition due and how can I pay?
Tuition is billed through Brightwheel on the 1st and is late beginning on the 6th of every month. You can pay through the app with an automatic bank payment or with a credit or debit card. You have the option to make cash or check payments in person. We DO NOT accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Paypal for tuition payments.
Do I have to use Brightwheel?
We do require that at least 1 parent/guardian actively use Brighwheel because it is the attendance system, payment system as well as the main form of parent and staff communications.
Do you have cameras in the classrooms?
We do not have cameras is the classrooms, only the common areas of the center. We feel that cameras in the class invade the privacy of other families when parents share the log in information with extended family and friends.
Can I provide my child’s food?
The center is part of the FDA Schools Food Program and we are required to serve every child in the center the regulated and approved menu items. Only children with doctors instructions for dietary or allergy reasons will be allowed to provide food from home and will be required to fill out an accommodation form.
Will the children go outside if its hot, cold, or raining?
Outside time is a very important part of every child’s day. We will go outside in almost any weather, including misty or drizzly rain and temperatures between 32 – 100 degrees. When there are weather extremes such has heat warnings or wind chill advisories, we will adjust the time and/or length of time spent outside. Please be sure your child has weather appropriate clothing on each day.
Who can pick up my Child?
In Brightwheel you can list several authorized pick-up people who can come at any time and pick up your child. If there is a special situation and you need a one time pick up, you can send us in writing (Brightwheel or email) that person’s full name and date of birth. They will be required to present a photo ID that matches the information you provided.
Are there restrooms in the classrooms?
Yes, every classroom has an attached restroom that potty trained children have full access to throughout the day.
Does the center provide diapers and wipes?
Because of personal preferences, the center is unbale to provide diapers and wipes for every child therefore all parents need to be sure we have the supplies needed to care for your child. Your child’s teacher will regularly notify you when your child is running low on any supplies to give you plenty of time to restock their cubby.
